We offer a wide variety of excellent dishes centering on chicken dishes using Omi chicken produced in Shiga Prefecture, which go well with more than 40 kinds of drinks. We especially recommend the chicken skewers grilled over binchotan charcoal and the mizutaki hot pot, which is slowly simmered for more than 6 hours.
